Police respond to Gannett building after report of man with weapon

The Fairfax County Police Department said officers responded Wednesday to a report of a man with a weapon at the Gannett building in McLean, Virginia, which houses the newsroom of USA Today.

The department was awaiting further details from officers on the scene, police Sergeant Greg Bedor said. He said there was no indication shots were fired, and there were no reports of anyone shot or injured.
