The Senate has voted to confirm former Delta Air Lines executive Steve Dickson to be the next head of the Federal Aviation Administration. Dickson, whose nomination became embroiled in allegations that he may have been involved in retaliation against a Delta whistleblower, takes the reins of an agency still in the midst of dealing with fallout from two Boeing 737 MAX crashes overseas.
